How to measure

Measure over light clothing, keeping the tape snug but not tight.

Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms.
Waist: around your natural waistline, just above the hip bone.
Length: for tops, from the shoulder seam down; for trousers, the inside leg.

Body measurements, not garment measurements. If you are between two sizes, size up for a relaxed fit. Allow a 2-3 cm tolerance.
