REV Store ("REV Store", "we", "us", "our") operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"), to give you a straightforward shopping experience for sports gear and accessories in Pakistan. Personal information we collect

  • Contact and order details you give us to place an order: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and the products you order.
  • Payment-related information: for cash-on-delivery orders, no payment details are collected online. For bank-transfer orders, we collect the transfer confirmation and details needed to match your payment to your order. We do not collect or store full card numbers.
  • Communications you send us via WhatsApp, email, or the store's contact channels, including order questions, sizing questions, and support requests.
  • Product reviews you choose to submit, which are collected and displayed through our reviews app, Judge.me, and may include your name and review content.
  • Device and usage information collected automatically by Shopify when you browse the store, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cart/checkout activity. This is used to operate the store (cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention) rather than to build an advertising profile.

We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or TikTok Pixel) on this store. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and why.
