REV Store ("REV Store", "we", "us", "our") operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"), to give you a straightforward shopping experience for sports gear and accessories in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

REV Store is based at CCA 1, 1st Floor, Building No. 107, DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at contact@revstore.co or on WhatsApp at +92 321 9165555. Our online store runs on Shopify, which provides the underlying commerce platform and hosting.

Personal information we collect

  • Contact and order details you give us to place an order: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and the products you order.
  • Payment-related information: for cash-on-delivery and pay-in-store orders, no payment details are collected online. For bank-transfer orders, we collect the transfer confirmation and details needed to match your payment to your order. Online card, wallet and bank-account payments are processed by our payment provider, PayFast, on its own secure payment page; we receive the payment status and a transaction reference, and we never see or store your full card number, PIN or wallet login.
  • Communications you send us via WhatsApp, email, or the store's contact channels, including order questions, sizing questions, and support requests.
  • Product reviews you choose to submit, which are collected and displayed through our reviews app, Judge.me, and may include your name and review content.
  • Device and usage information collected automatically by Shopify when you browse the store, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cart/checkout activity. This is used to operate the store (cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention) and, through the analytics and advertising tools described below, to measure and improve our marketing.

Analytics and advertising. We use analytics and advertising tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. When you browse and shop on our store, these tools receive information such as the pages and products you view, items added to your cart, checkouts started and purchases completed, along with device and browser identifiers. We use this to understand which products and campaigns work and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in them. Each provider handles this information under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To process and fulfil your order, including arranging courier delivery.
  • To communicate with you about your order, delivery, returns, or exchanges.
  • To respond to questions you send us on WhatsApp or email.
  • To display product reviews you choose to submit.
  • To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share your information with

We share the minimum information needed to run the store and deliver your order:

  • Shopify, which powers our store, checkout, and order records.
  • Our courier/delivery partner, who receives your name, phone number, and delivery address to complete delivery.
  • PayFast, our online payment provider, if you choose to pay online. PayFast receives your order amount and the payment details you enter on its payment page.
  • Google, Meta and TikTok, which receive the browsing and purchase activity described under Analytics and advertising above.
  • Judge.me, if you submit a product review.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Cookies

Our store uses the cookies Shopify sets automatically to operate the cart, checkout, and store security; these are necessary for the store to function. The analytics and advertising tools described above also use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings and still shop with us.

Data retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns/exchanges, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Children

Our Services are intended for adults making purchasing decisions. If you are a parent buying gear for a child, the order and account information belongs to you as the purchaser.
